 -INTEGRATIVE   NUTRITION-

What is Integrative Nutrition Therapy?

Integrative Nutrition treatments are defined as the practice of providing the brain and the body with the best possible biochemical environment so that they can function at an optimal level, especially with those substances used by the body naturally such as vitamins, minerals, amino acids and other essential molecules. Vitamins and minerals are administered according to the individual needs of patients. Diet, low blood sugar, allergies, and thyroid problems are also addressed and considered important for the success of the therapy. If an individual is undertaking pharmaceutical treatment, Integrative Nutrition therapy can support that the body by addressing nutrient deficiencies that can be created by some medications.

How Does it Work?

Integrative Nutritional science allows individuals to identify natural imbalances in their biochemical makeup. With healthy food choices and supplementation we aim to correct this imbalance. What is exactly right for one person will differ for another. An Integrative Nutrition practitioner can help determine the appropriate level of vitamins and minerals to optimize your health.
